• When you send us a message through our contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and what you write — so that we can answer you. We email you a copy of your message.

• Like every website, ours receives technical details with each visit, such as your IP address and browser. We use your IP address, scrambled so it cannot be read back, to stop one sender filling in a form too often.

Who else handles it

• TillHive runs this website and our tills for us. It keeps this information on our behalf and uses it for nothing else.

• Our emails to you are sent through an email delivery service.

We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

• Messages: for as long as we need them to answer you and keep a record of it.

• Anything else: no longer than we need it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

What you can ask us

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. You can reach us about this by phone at any of our branches.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
